At Durex India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
